The Cloak & Dagger Dinner Theatre – Central Ohio's original interactive murder- mystery dinner experience – is holding open auditions for its next show, “Let's Kill the Boss!”

Actors are asked to bring a head shot and resume, and to prepare a comedic monologue of 1-minute or less. Script reading and improvisation will be part of the audition as well.

The cast includes roles for 3 men (Ages 30 -50) and 3 women (20-70). Previous murder mystery experience is a plus, but not mandatory. All actors are paid.

Rehearsals are scheduled to begin in early May. The show is set to open Saturday, June 9 and will play every Saturday evening and occasional Friday evenings throughout the summer and early fall.

“Let's Kill the Boss!” has been playing to sold out houses in Minneapolis for several years, combining timeless humor with current events to create an evening of fun  that everyone in the family can enjoy.

We are the  original mystery dinner theatre in Columbus, Ohio.  Many of you will remember attending performances at our Morse & I-71 location.  Our new home is Shanes (known for their gourmet food).  It is located at 447 East Livingston, in German Village.

The Cloak & Dagger Dinner Theatre was originally called the Mystery Café and first opened its doors in June, 1992 at the Jai Lai Restaurant on Olentangy River Road.  Performances moved to the Morse Road facility in 1996, and the name changed to Cloak & Dagger Dinner Theatre.  We have entertained audiences ever since with our comedy-murder mystery plays and sumptuous food.  We were the first interactive dinner theatre in Columbus, Ohio and continue to perform at Shanes Gourmet, in German Village:
