New Play Opened!

The Cloak & Dagger Dinner Theatre is the original interactive murder mystery dinner theatre in central Ohio, and has been providing a unique combination of live entertainment and fine dining since 1991!

We opened our newest production, LET’S KILL THE BOSS, on June 23, 2012.  This is a show for anyone who, at one time or another, worked for a boss who made their lives absolutely miserable - where coming to work was agony!

Shows are comedy/murder mysteries and feature musical parodies, audience participation (voluntary), and most of all fun!  A four-course dinner is served between scenes by the characters.  Clues are provided throughout the performance; audience members are given the opportunity to complete sleuth sheets designating who committed the crime and why, and a super sleuth prize is awarded!  You may also enjoy the evening without participating. 

Regularly-scheduled public performances are Saturday evenings.  Doors open at 7:00p, and the show starts at 7:30p.  Performances are held at Shanes, 447 East Livingston, Columbus, OH 43215.

Let's Kill the Boss! Is a show for everyone who, at one time or another, worked for a boss who made their lives absolutely miserable - where coming to work was agony!

You are invited to Margate Manufacturing's "Tenth Annual Employee Appreciate Night," where you will meet the wild and eccentric Executive Board. This is a group of characters that serve up a special dinner for the rest of the 2M team - you.

No doubt, you will recognize the absurd antics of the office workers as they struggle to get through another day on the job or die trying; but hey, it's a living! Each has a reason to "do away with" the company president. This may your chance to live out your ultimate fantasy!
Come join us for food, fun, and some frivolous staff members wanting to murder their boss.

It is 1912.  Set sail on The RMS Enormous, the world's 13th largest ocean liner! IS HOLDING ADDITIONAL AUDITIONS

FOR ITS NEWEST PRODUCTION,

LET'S KILL THE BOSS

SPECIFICALLY LOOKING TO FILL THE ROLE OF:

ANTHONY MARGATE, THE OVERBEARING BOSS

ALSO SEEKING MALE AND FEMALE UNDERSTUDIES

Actors are asked to bring a head shot and resume, and to prepare a comedic monologue of one minute or less.  Script reading and improvisation will be part of the audition, as well.

The cast includes roles for men (ages 30 - 50) and women (ages 20 - 70).  Previous murder mystery experience is a plus but not mandatory.  All actors are paid.

Rehearsals begin in May, and the show opens Saturday, June 23.  It has an open-ended run (usually four to six months).  Regularly-scheduled public performances are Saturdays evenings at Shanes.
